You cannot convert a swf flash design to html.
Rather, you can include your swf website into a blank html document using ‘embed’ command like,

I will be a multimedia journalist and will probably be using sound, web design stuff, Flash, Photoshop and programs like that? So what PC computer in Dell will be the best computer to use for this?

I use a Dell Precision Workstation for motion graphics, experimental animation and print design.
Consider gauging memory, processor and graphic card specs based on your need for video (i.e. After Effects, Premiere) and digital imaging (i.e. Photoshop) programs.

i want to design flash for tattoo shops, but what medium and type of paper do i design it on?
do i use pencil, pen, paint, etc? and what paper?
Most flash is done in either india ink and water color, or colored pencil. Black and grey work can be done in graphite or colored pencil. You can use whichever paper fits your style best. Use 11×14 and do several corresponding designs on each sheet. Most importantly, don’t do any played out tribal designs, no tattoo shop needs anymore tribal crap.

What is the best educational program/school for learning web design (including software like Flash)?
I would specifically be looking for a Masters program or other graduate program since I have a BA in graphic design. Also, I already have experience in Photoshop and Illustrator, but need more web experience using Dreamweaver and Flash, etc.
since you are experienced with PSP, you can try to get certified in flash, the flash certificate is highly apreciated…
as for schools, i think it all depends where you live, or where you plan to go to school, i live in chicago il, and there are quite afew over here, like the art institute, loyola university, culombia college have a master of art and design…
so its very relative to your geographical location preferences.

I know theres websites where you can get html for flash layouts that have already been made but those are limited in number & everyone just about has the same one. I would like to design my own, where should i go or how can I design my own?
