How can i make my own webpage background design?

i jus want to know how to customize and make my own background for my myspace page.

create or open your page via HTML editor,if ASP via ASP editor.
If use Macromedia Dreamweaver, on menu bar click Modify>Page Properties.
Then choose your background image from the opened window.
